    Wanted to share some panoramas I shot the first week of April. The first two are of the Strip, the rest were taken in Valley of Fire State Park, which I could not possibly recommend more as a daytrip when visiting Las Vegas.

    First up, the view from my room on the 18th floor of The Orleans:

    Next, the view from my room on the 24th floor of Bally's North Tower:

    Head north on 15, hang a right at the Moapa Paiute Travel Plaza, which has very reasonable prices on tobacco, liquor and fireworks and free samples of Michelob's Shock Top just in case you need a shot of beer before you get back on the interstate I guess. :confused: Anyway eventually you'll reach the Valley of Fire which looks like this:

    Gorgeous red limestone deposits are everywhere:

    Some of them allow for the equivalent of cloud-watching because they kind of look like stuff:
