    I agree - it always seems quality is best and most consistent - and the pricing is often more reasonable, too - when f&b operations are all in-house instead of farmed out to third party operators.

    originaly all clubs where owned by maloof. when cet took over i heard he would keep the clubs and run them and cet would do the rest.

    notsure how good thing this is for the consumer.
    first cet adds resort fee and they will probaly outsource there nite clubs like they did at all properties with maloof as a cunsultant.

    one good thing about maloof owning the clubs and hotel it was very easy for guest to get in free or reduced and very easy to be comped into all there clubs also.

    it will be interesting to see what changes.
    i wounder if they will go tr program next.
