I never got a mailer from Palms before but last trip I ran a couple hundred through VP. This is the summer mailer May - August. Almost all Sun - Thur are $45 and Fri Sat $100. Couple exceptions 6/20 & 6/21 @ $250. There is a $25/day resort fee.

It's says this can be passed along to Friends and Family and you guys are like family  offer code is CA14417.

The new poolside cafe "Back Room Burgers" is now open.

I know this isn't special to most comped players but some non established player might get mileage out of it.

$25/day resort fee ... no thanks !! :nono:

I wonder if they realize how many potential bookings they lose, with extra charges like that ? I would think they would be better off advertising NO resort fee, which would attract more visitors, who would then be doing more play in the casino, and probably losing more than $25/day in the casino. :rolleyes2:

I agree but you and I are not the type of guest they target. This offer might appeal to someone that isn't getting comped elsewhere but wants a younger vibe with a nice pool.

They do offer some good gaming options, if you play enough maybe they will comp the resort fee.

theres always motel 6 no resort fees and they will leave the light on for you:licklips:

I'm the target for this type of offer, and I love the Palm! Thanks!

Your host will take care of the resort fee. I've been there 6 times since they started the fee's and I have never paid it.

Resort fee is always waived on comp rooms. I spoke to my host about the resort fee for "friends and family" when I was thinking of hosting hubby's 50th there in July and she said she'd waive the resort fee for all our friends on the F&F rate. I ended up booking The Trop as I thought the new poolside villas would be perfect for a July birthday party. My Trop host gave me a really good F&F rate for guests and is waiving the resort fee as well.

I loved my stay in the Paradise Tower a few years ago. It was comped (no fee).

I didn't like my first stay room in the original tower, though they remodeled it and it looks pretty nice, at least via web pictures, and I'd take a chance on it again. The pool area was also very nice and I'm glad I stayed and played there. If you don't mind being slightly off strip, and you pay for your room $70 + tax is a decent rate. Palms Place also runs specials from time to time, and their rooms are really nice.

Also a great option for WSOP players. June 20-21 is EDC weekend.
