Anyone have opinions as to whether The Palms is still one of the most favorable slot casinos in terms of loose play? Anyone getting good hand pays there?

Slots are slots and I don't necessarily "depend" on loose payouts.

I look at the player's club and what other benefits I will get from my play. I have not gotten a hand pay at Palms yet, but have not put in enough play to "get one".

I used to think the strip casinos were "tight", but I have had W2-Gs at MGM Grand, Venetian, and Mirage.

    Just my .02

My opinion would depend on whether or not you have a relationship with the Palm's players club.

If yes, then try them, if no, then I would ask myself, "do I feel lucky here?"

    Tentatively Tahoe or LV . . . .

Dailun, I hear you. Makes allot of sense. Recently got a very nice HP at Bally's too. Was thinking on my next trip I would venture out more and try some new places. We go every 4-6 weeks and want to try some new places. Did very well at Aria last week. Was thinking of trying MGm too. Sounds like you had some luck there. Do you like the $1,$5,$10 slots there?

In the past it's been stated that the palms has been one of the highest returning casinos, but some of that data was taken over ten years ago. It's hard to say now unless Nevada starts forcing individual casinos to publically report slot returns by denomination like many other states. I would assume the Palms is still decent today, but that no guarantee you'll win more.

Can you imagine the competition if they started to release it?
