My biggest regret while stationed in San Diego was not playing golf, so can't wait to see the courses you play.

 

Military? If so thank you NvrSumR for your service. San Diego golf is great. Lots of top notch courses. It will be a whirlwind trip and yes lots of pics coming.

 

Thanks Packer. I was in the Marines stationed at Pendleton, so we had our birthday ball at the Pechanga a couple times. Temecula was like a second home to me.

 

Called Pechanga. A host gave me a comp room due to my play months ago. Only a couple 100 a hand gets a room comp. I probably will pay a little so hopefully they comp golf for four and food as well? Any of you have an idea? Is it like Vegas as far as comps?

 

One crappy thing is that they don't comp booze. I don't golf, but getting room and food comped wasn't a problem the last time I stayed there.

 

I am always there, but rarely ever stay there. They probably love me too, as I never ask for any comps beyond using my card...lol. Some of the regulars I play with there get on my case for not switching hosts. Their host will actually seek them out and take them on a shopping spree on the property...purses, sunglasses, GOLF CLUBS, etc. I forgot the name of their host but I do remember them saying, do not get an Asian host...apparently they do not comp as much as the non-Asian hosts.

Good info sindustry! I will seek out a Caucasian host! If he is jewish I will speak a little Yiddish to him (I know about five words) maybe I will get a little more or at least a btl of manashevetz!!

Lol...i want to say this host's name is Barbara, or something...lol. I think Aaron5 grabbed one of her cards the other night. Next time I see the regulars, I will ask for the Host's name again. They play much lower than you, but they are there almost every day...and they get all sorts of retail comp. they had my Asian host before and they said she was very stingy with comps.

 

And Farsi, Chinese, Italian, Tagalog, Spanish, Korean and don't forget about your fluent in Dutch!! Lol

 

Cool sin, personally I never never play anywhere else besides Las Vegas. No Indian casinos at all because it is nothing like Vegas and you get NOTHING for your dollar. But if there is a nice golf course or a great concert I want to see I will indulge. Really the only other place I will play is Atlantis where I got way more than I thought I would.
