I've been playing BJ online at Bovada. Its not even close to real gambling but it's alright to play since there is no BJ at all in my state.

I've played poker online, but stopped because I got bored of it.

I do play roulette and slots online occasionally: never using my own money just sometimes my local casino gives me online free play, usually just $10 or $20, and I'll go in and play it and then once done whatever I got left I'll play around with until it runs out. Have never put my own money in to my account.

I do the occasional sports betting online. I usually play my government run sports betting but sometimes I can get some good prices online for games or games from online that I can't bet on with the government spots betting.

    For preferences:

I'd always want to play slots in a real casino. There are good varieties online but I just think it would be too boring.

For roulette I'd rather play online. Moves much faster than live does.

For poker I'd rather play online. Game moves too slow and I find it boring in the real casino.

For other table games: I find they just go too fast online, IE: blackjack, where you are whipping through hands very fast and can burn through your bankroll over and over again in no time at all. But online does usually have some cheap limits and usually is 3:2

The online gambling idea scares the hell out of me.

Maybe cause I'm a natural born skeptic or maybe I'm afraid it could become addicting ,but the idea doesnt appeal to me. I'm a little less than an hour from AC also which is also a part of it.
Also, the drinks here arent free and the live bands never show up. And I cant smoke a cigar here unless I go outside Very limited buffet also.
If I'm going to throw money away,I want to have some fun at least doing it.

Online poker can be profitable, but it is a crashing bore, and the opportunity for collusion or other forms of cheating is too high. I haven't tried anything else online. I like to be with people when I play.

I don't see myself doing slots/table games at an online casino. It just doesn't feel like gambling.

I do wish there was country wide online sports betting though. I could see myself getting into that. Even just $5 on a game makes me much more interested in watching it.
