We're having trouble agreeing on where we want to make reservations this trip. Where is everyone's 1 place they have to dine at every trip no matter cost location etc?

I don't know if I have such a thing as there are so many good places to eat. It depends on where we stay since we are fully comped. Sage is my new favorite at the Aria, but if I were to pay for a meal at a stand alone venue, I'd say Il Mulino was an incredible experience.

I'm not much for high end restaurants but occasionally it's nice to try them. We enjoyed the Jasmine restaurant at the Bellagio. Excellent food and if you get a table by the window, you can watch the fountain show.

I'd have to go with Joël Robuchon at the Mansion for the hands-down winner if you're talking about a truly once-in-a-lifetime, money is no object meal.

Some other off the top of the head personal favorites? Bartolotta @ Wynn, Carnevino @ Palazzo, Sage @ Aria.

I wish I could do JR every trip, but the OP might consider L'atelier if JR is just too much. I've not been yet but I've heard it's amazing. Robuchon was my favorite meal ever though, so L'atelier has some big shoes to fill.

I recommend Alize at Palms. We got a corner window table with a view of the strip at night. Was very nice. I think we had a 5 course dinner with wine pairing. Food was delicious.

I would recommend Prime at Bellagio. That is and always will be the best dining experience of my life.

We always pick a good steak dinner. Usually it's at different places though. I can't say I've had one steak meal that floored me so much I won't go anywhere else in Vegas. But I've enjoyed Delmonico's at The Venetian, Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay, and Jean Georges at Aria (we liked this a lot, SO pricey though).

My favorite high end meal was Tao at Venetian. SO GOOD. Oh my. It's been a while since I've been there though!

I'd say each one of those meals was $100 a person

I haven't had a lot of high end meals but Joel Rubichon was absurdly good.

I have to agree that Il Mulino is a great experience. You don't hear much about it on this board.

Hmmm...we dine at different locations (after a bit of research) for a high-end meal each visit but you're also asking
the no. 1 place we go every time no matter the cost, etc...

That would be Sinatra at Encore.
We're working our way through the menu.
Currently, our favorite dishes are the pork saltimbocca with
spinach and marscapone and the fettucine with summer truffles (not always on the menu but you can ask and it shall be received). :licklips:
