On a 3-day room comp, can I play on just one day?

Is it necessary to play all 3 days, or can I just play on one day with the same bankroll for an extended period of time?

What is your experience with this? Will the comps disappear if I only play on 1 of 3 days?

notsure what your level of play and what you play . are we talking 500$ a day 5000$ or 500,000$ .there are alot of factors.

also you can blow thru your bank roll if its small in a few minutes then what. no play for the 71 hours:thumbsup:

Playing each day for a few hours would be a chore for me. But it seems as long as I play on only one of the days, it may be considered a bad trip? I intend to slow play 50-200 for the trip on slots at a cet property.

No, they don't care how many days you play, it's HOW MUCH you play during your stay.

$1,000/$0/$0 is just as good as $333/$333/$333.

LOL playing a small bet for a couple hours. It does tend to eat it up quickly sometimes though.

If you mean do you have to play every day of a 3 day upfront comp, then the answer is no. I once had a three night comp upfront and didn't play at all at the property.

But if you're asking whether it will impact future comps, the answer is probably. If you are given a three night comp, then the casino is already assuming you will have three days of play for ADT purposes, whether you put your card in a machine or not. so if you cram three days of play into one, then you are going to have one day with a high ADT and two days with zero. That shouldn't affect your overall ADT. But if you play less on that one day than you would normally play on all three days combined, then you can expect your ADT, and maybe your future offers, to go down

Are you saying you will play between $50 and $200 for the three night stay? As a shareholder, I hope CZR management requires more play than that for any serious comp. Even if you assume you lose all $200, three nights anywhere other than the Quad should cost more than $200.

You are out of luck. I've had 3 non-playing trips, courtesy of CZR - all based on one gambling trip last year. At some point the comps should end right?

I think she was meaning if for instance she played 10-12 hours the first day or second and did not play the rest of the trip for the upfront comp.I am actually curious about this too. Say I played my first night out of 3 for 12 hours at 300-500 per hand in bj or bacc and than did not play the rest of the trip? Does that cover my upfront offer or does it satisfy my host since i technically averaged my 4 hours per day?

cet isnt strict about the 4 hour rule ,mlife is much more
ps slot and tables are totaly differnt as you can loose 10 grand at table in 30 minutes and you will be fine for the rest of your trip.

You can play ZERO and still get that comp.

After that, it all depends on your ADT/Theo. If you were to totally skip a day and nothing caused a "trigger" in the ADT system, you would be in better shape than playing $50 that day.

A host on the other hand will look at your play across the entire trip, but it sounds like you would not be using a host anyways.

just to throw another wrench into the mix.......

The CET comps I get have some fine print.

In a nutshell it says basically, the comp you are about to receive is based upon a traditional level of play and you are expected to maintain that level of play.

Now that being said in fine print I've had a much different experience. Ive stayed at other than CET properties and played at CET just a tiny bit. BAM I get comped. It makes no sense to me.

I am of the mind now that if I want a comp room I'll stay somewhere else and give CET a little tiny bit of play then use them for the rooms later on. When I do use them for the rooms then they get my play, rinse and repeat. CET almost seems to be desperate to get people to stay with them, it's confusing as all hell but it works for me.

Just to make it even more confusing here's how the summer went...

7 nights at TI with our play mostly there, over to Flamingo/ Mville maybe i left 300 coin in there BAM comp all over CET so we chose Rio for Oct. Rio got most of the play and I sat down at TI and hit a quad on the first go. Cash out and gone we were:Þ Now as of today CET has nothing for us but TI has 2 nights comped with FB and FP. I have a feeling we go to TI and let CET know we are in Vegas and we are gonna see some comps.

it's a rather strange thing but it would be very interesting to have a way to track how all this pans out.

DO your main play on the first day and the casino will be happy with you. Waiting to the last day, could cause problems, as the casino likes to see play for that trip.

The "current" comp will still be honored. Future comps could be at risk if you stiff them. Never heard of anyone at CET getting burned due to lower than normal play.

On the other hand, if you have 3 trips booked in the future, and you no play the first one...there is a possibility the 2nd or 3rd could be pulled. Have not seen it happen - maybe once I think - on these boards.
