I'm trying to remember a particular slot machine name. It was a mummy themed machine(not the movie) version. Would send a ball with a particular multiplier, I think, down when you got a smallish bonus. Was fun to play and wasn't a ,money sucker, last time we played them was in the Excalibur two years ago. Probably doesn't even exist anymore:cry:

I find there are always lots of older slot machines out there, especially at a place like Excalibur.

I can remember seeing mummy themed games at Monte Carlo and Flamingo as well, which are also two other casinos that have lots of older games in them.

You could also try NYNY (they have a section by the escalators up with lots of older video slots and a section near the back corner with older reel slots) and then most places Downtown as well.

I played this exact machine at Monte Carlo last week! I think it was 90 credit maximum bet (which was required for the bonus) on a 1c denomination. 2 bonus symbols got you a bonus credit, which was from a board where lights went out until only 1 remained, a third bonus symbol also got you a multiplier ball.

If I recall it was actually called "The Munny Returns", a pun on the mummy theme.

If it helps, and if my memory serves me correctly, it was right at the back of the casino, in a carousel of 3 machines, right by the Deal Or No Deal community game.

Also, it was 125 credits, not 90. And the sound didn't work :(

There are two on a pillar at Mandalay Bay across from the sports book, or at least there was last month. One was kind of wonky.

They have quite a few at NYNY. ive played it some nights when I wanted to keep gambling/drinking but didn't want to spend a ton more money. You seem to get a lot of bonus games, but they don't really pay a whole lot even on max credit. But it can be enjoyable and money seems to stretch well.
