I used to visit this board all the time, back when I was going to Vegas all the time :). But having a kid kind of changed that and I haven't been in 10 yrs. :(
I just booked a trip with my sister, in October! We are staying at the Paris casino. I know a lot has changed in 10 years so looking forward to seeing all the new stuff and hopefully some old stuff too.

    Welcome (again)!
Sometimes I can't believe the changes from one year to the next but I miss some of the old places. I guess it is nostalgia but the new places seem posh but sterile. I liked the homey atmosphere of the Stardust, the Ho, Alladin and others. Lots of good memories though. You'll have fun.

I agree Jimbo. When I first started going it was more down to earth so to speak. I miss the funbooks. I would send off postcards to all the casinos weeks in advance requesting them and I would get tons of stuff in the mail. Coupons for funbooks, free drinks, free shows , etc.

Welcome back. You will find lots of changes from 10 years ago. Heck, there are changes from one year to the next. As others have said, not all are necessarily improvements. But it's still the best vacation spot in the world for me.
