Hi, beeing from europe its been a while since my last trip to the states. Now I read on the internet that there have been new dollar bills ( at least the 100$ bill ? ) introduced ...
Now I still have a few of these "old" bills ? Do I have to exchange theses at a bank before I could use them, or can I just buy chips @ the Casino like always with them ( or is it that they are just as ggod as the new ones and there are still fluctuating and I can pay everywhere with them ? )
    Thanks

no need to exchange. They will take new or old bills. Its not uncommon to see the old (small face) $100 bills still circulating

Those old bills aren't worth anything.
The casinos only give you 10 cents on the dollar when exchanging them.
If you want send me all your old bills and I will give you 25 cents on the dollar. :wink2::wink2:

The TITO machines will take either.

Bring em and use em. If the machines don't take them, get a slot attendent to swap or break them for you.

Last September I cashed out a TITO for a little under $600 bucks and one of the hundred dollar bills it gave me was a 1962 date that looked brand new. I figured someone held on to that bill for along time before taking it to the casino.

I was at The Mardi Gras Casino in Charleston, WV a few years ago and cashed in some BJ winnings for about $3000. All 30 bills I got from the cashier were the old school variety and several decades old. I figured some old moonshiner must have dug up some Mason jars he kept buried in the back forty to take to the casino that night. :evillaugh

I worked in a Cstore way back in college

sometimes people would bring in old coins like silver quarters or 50 cent pieces or wheat pennies.......you pretty much knew some home had been burgled or some kids got into their parents little coin collection

I got several interesting coins out of all that though

Some slots might not take them but you will be fine cashing them in at the cashier.

Your in Luck!!! Lion's Share doesnt except NEW 100's.

So stand next to the machine, and when some idiot who waited in line finally gets their shot, but their 100 doesnt work, trade them with a 10% mark up.
