OK, a non-trip report. Made it through May unscathed

OK, so for you non-gamblers, that might not be as big deal, but for me (and other "gamblers" it's a big deal.

I made it through may without setting foot in a casino. I count May as being over since starting tomorrow morning at 9AM I'm on call at work through the 31st at 9AM. Yeah, I guess I could go to a casino next Tuesday, but that would be pretty "degenerate". But hey, I will be earning more EI (Expendable Income, as I call it) for my June trips

I attribute my non play to:

1)I feel like the host(s) at my local casinos are "taking me for granted"
2)I have decided that my goal of (a W2-G per month) didn't mean that much anymore
3)I have a big June planned (trips to LV and AC)

So for those of you who think I might have turned over a new leaf and quit altogether, there will be more TR to share.

Unfortunately, I will miss the Silver Striker meeting in June for the first time in 3 years, as I will be in Atlantic City for the 7* event. Any VMBers going?

New Orleans 7* retreat. Food, food, and more food . . . .
    Tentatively Tahoe or LV . . . .

If your large gambling ,7 stars level is within your overall means than good for you. If this is the case then do whatever makes you happy and run things however you choose. I'm guessing if a guy like you stays away for a while the host will wake up.

DaiLun - I follow your TR's and threads and am impressed with your disciplined, organized, and thoughtful approach to your gambling 'degeneracy', lol.
I believe if I used your planning and strategy and follow through I would have a higher winning percentage...then I hear the dark side calling me...:evillaugh:

I do look forward to your June trips - and hope you don't have too much heartburn over missing your Silver Strike meeting - best of luck and fun in AC and Vegas in June.

I'm not sure I think I have gone a full month outside a casino in the last few years...I was quadless in Nov. though (only quadless month since Oct. 2013). I still may have been in casino that month....unsure. And yes, 30 days without a casino would be good for me personally.
