So I'm wondering if anyone has ever gotten a basic scalp/chair massage in Las Vegas. I know you can get a shampoo and scalp massage as part of a haircut at a lot of places, but I don't need a haircut. I'm also not looking for a big spa treatment. Just a scalp massage, maybe with some back, shoulder, and neck massage as well. Where would I even begin to look for such a thing?

    Right on the casino floor.
While we were playing slots at the Mirage last week, late evening, we saw two different people getting a pretty serious deep muscle massage right at the slot machine - looked awkward to me - but they seemed to be enjoying it - guessing a scalp massage could be included. I'm sure the concierge at any hotel can assist with arranging one.

Now where's that 'massage' button on the slot machine?

I've only had the shampoo massage once and that was in Taiwan. It cost me $35 American dollars and it was great, haircut included! They didn't speak much English but I was led to understand that for another $40 we could go to another room for an even better massage.

I've heard that shampoo scalp massages are common in Asia. Might be worth the trip.

Yep, I was worked over by a chick at the Hard Rock for 10$ she worked my neck shoulders, and mid back real good. She just rolled right up to me as I was playing video poker and had the head pillow I rested right on the bar top! Money well spent!
