I think it's too early because it's not showing on TR for offers. The month of October, however, is showing comped rooms for all weeks (Sun-Fri). The Flamingo, the Quad, Rio, and Harrah's comped, with Paris and Planet Hollywood about $60-$80 per night, Bally's being about $40, and Caesars/Nobu in the Stratosphere . YMMV.
October is one of the months, besides May, that is among the busiest in Vegas. That's why October, as a whole, is more expensive than most other months.

As said here often, stop dealing with the offers.

Just log on and select the rate calendar. Book from there.

No offer yet, but I logged in and checked the rate calendar for November and got my nights all comped. Once the offers come out, I'll go back and see if any of my offers line up for my dates and maybe sweeten the pot.

Already booked my comped rooms for Halloween with CET back in April.
