I have a room booked at bellagio colombus weekend oct 11-15. I can also get 3 nites comped at aria and casino rate for 1 nite, which is where I wanted to stay but a host I emailed on Friday never got back to me. My host at the B gave me a lake view room "requested" and it usually is, limo transportation like he usually does and "limited f&b" which I wasn't sure about. I'm used to rfb at other places (ac) and asked him what limited f&b was/amount. I was thinking it was just a total amount for spending per day. He said verbatim: hi ...., lake view is all set. Limited food and beverage includes room service, buffet, cafe bellagio, pool cafe, SAMs snacks and bars. All other charges will be evaluated at end of your trip.

Now I have learned thanks (shifter, natedog) to everyone here to ask for theo which I have never known about. When I asked him about my 4 day stay, this is what he told me: on your last trip you had documented play of 10 hrs and 9 minutes with an average bet of $332 and a loss of $8800 with a theo loss of $2434.

I had a lot of play for 1 day at mgm playing bacc. I am not sure if my rating includes mgm or not as I had a bigger rating. I averaged around $500 a hand for 6-7 hours. Is he only giving me my rating for the B?

Also, I have been waiting for a response from a aria host, but they have not responded to me. I know from the past that they do not comp over 3 nites based in my offers etc, but shouldn't this host see my play? I have shown a lot of action at aria when I have stayed with a friend.

Should I just take what I have at the B? Also, I asked how much I have to spend in the "limited f&b" at the B but my host basically said that anything else is based on play as I have written above. Do the bars include Hyde, etc?

    Thnx for everyone's help!

Just curious, was all your play baccarat or was it mixed with other table games?

Also as an FYI whenever I've asked for my final trip numbers they've combined all the play from all MGM properties. Though if you ask they can break it out by casino or even by session, which is what they gave me last time. But that was from the mlife desk, not from my host.

A question just popped into my head. My host said i have limited f&b. If I want to eat at mgm, etc, does that include my limited f&b or does it have to be at bellagio?

I am trying not to respond, but.... why is so hard to type in a meaningful subject/title? (this post has nothing to do with Oct 11-15)

As to the food comp, here is what happened to us on a recent visit to MGM. We could charge food back from any sister property - no problem.

As to actual PLAY at other properties, I can not answer for sure, but believe that is not so good as your host would not get credit for that.

I recently met a couple from Texas that like to stay atAria but do most of their slot play at Bellagio.
Their host has no problem with them playing at any MLife property.

The name title is for my upcoming trip and had a few questions about it. I apologize if it wasnt in a proper form.

I understand that you can charge food back from any mgm property to where ever you are staying as long as it is an mgm property.

My question is, i have limited f&b from him ( at bellagio), is the limited f&b only limited to bellagio to be picked up. Limited f&b means some food and beverage is already comped.

you can eat at any restaurant on sister properties and it is covered by your limited f & b. just charge it to your room its no different then if you charged a bellagio restaurant to your room it is still covered.

for the gambling, mgm casinos comp you for any gambling at any property just like cet it doesnt matter where you gamble just enjoy yourself.

Thnx casinoboy. This is the info i was looking for. I did not want to go charge a meal at another property and for it not to be picked up under the limited f&b because it was not at that property.

I'm not sure you have the right answer to your question. Your host told you that specific Bellagio restaurants were covered under limited RFB. There is nothing stopping you charging MGM restaurants to your room and your host would certainly comp those if your play was high enough.

I do not see the evidence that any restaurants outside Bellagio are automatically covered by your F&B arrangement. There may be no difference between charging a Café Bellagio meal and a MGM coffee shop meal, but surely the sensible thing to do would be to just ask your host.

I'd say your host was giving you decent treatment based on your last trip (not sure about your overall history). Lakeview room, limo transfers and some F&B upfront seems reasonable based on 10 hours play at $332 over 4 days.

his host didnt say he only had limited f & B at specific bellagio restaurants,he is staying at bellagio and he has limited f & b. it can be used at any restaurant on any mgm property as long as you can charge it to your room. it always works that way,my dad is always rfl and we eat any where we want. if you can find me one example of someone having f & b and it was only good at one property i will say ok maybe you are right but i never heard of such a thing ever.

In the past, when staying at Bellagio, I would get RFB or RFL, but charges specifically did not include high end restaurants. It did include Olives, Rooms Service, etc.

Last few visits staying at Mirage or MGM or Aria I was getting $300 per day - no restrictions (no tips of course). They could be at any MGM restaurant.
