I'm looking at booking one of these suites for my upcoming 60th birthday in July. I viewed a video on YouTube of the suite, but it was made a few years ago. Has anyone stayed there recently and how was your experience?

No idea... I know not much has gone on there in years, minus the heavy construction going on out front right now... so I'd imagine it hasn't changed much. But I didn't know they had balconies sweet!!

Heather, they actually have two balconies in each suite; that is if the videos I saw on YouTube were correct.

Heather, if you go on YouTube and search "New York New York suites" you'll find videos of their rooms and on the penthouse suite, you'll see that they actually have 2 balconies in their suites.

Do they all have balconies? It says floors 31-40, seems like you can get that room for a pretty good deal is why I ask.

Last year we stayed in the Carlyle and Drake penthouse suites at NYNY. I believe at least one of them had 3! balconies. As you can see from the videos, these are not balconies to be out on with kids or when drunk.

The rooms are pretty much as seen in the videos. Large rooms with large living rooms. A small jacuzzi for 2 (they say 4). Furniture from 10-15 years ago. The video of the Plaza makes it look more updated.

With the rooms, what you will get is the room. There is nothing special on the amenities or services. Same stuff in the regular rooms. No extra services. If you are looking for that, I would get a smaller suite at Bellagio/Aria/Wynn.
