Bad enough pythons have overrun the Everglades ,now theres an Anaconda loose in Lake Hopatcong. Whats wrong with a nice cat or dog as a pet ,who needs these things. With any luck Animal Control with catch it or it'l freeze to death.when winter comes.

The person who got the anaconda and let it go is a complete nutjob.

Now they're accusing this guy who is supposed to be a wildlfe expert of fabricating the whole story. He claims if the snake can coop up in someones basement, it can survive winter. This lake is pretty built-up,lots of people and boats. Who knows, the sucker could have been chopped up by a prop or could be hiding from all the boat traffic on the lake.
