....and we received refunds for our already purchased tickets (thank god), any suggestions on something eclectic to do for my wife's birthday? Already have seen Absinthe, thought we may do it again anyway.

Anyone been to 1923 Bourbon and Burlesque at the Mandalay Bay? Too bad Drink and Drag closed, we had a blast bowling there last year

6 persons, ages 40 to 57 (but all theatre types, not stodgy, we act younger than we are....). Already have plans for bottle service club evening. Probably will visit Liaison and or Krave for an evening (both straight and gay in the group). Renting a cabana at the Flamingo for a day. Seeing JT on the 8th. Hiking at either Mt Charleston or Red Rock. Might drive to Ash Meadows wildlife refuge near Death Valley. Might Kayak on the Colorado. Might do the bootleg canyon zipline (again....!).

So we're looking for ideas for nightlife to replace the RLL/Nocturne experience.

    Thanks in advance.

Kinda cheesy, but you can have a lot of fun at Tony and Tina's Wedding if you're inclined to have fun. Maybe Rx Boiler Room would interest you. Or dress up like gangsters and go eat dinner at Golden Steer.

I was to 1923 right when it opened in April. They have a jazz quartet play live, mixed in with songs over the speakers, every 20-30 minutes a burlesque dancer came on. Old school jazzy stuff. Hugh Hefner ' s girlfriend or whatever came on at midnight and did a song and stripped.

The bartender outside was fun, the bourbon list is good, and they have cigars too. Was a fun low key night.
