We are attending a concert at the Palms and currently have early dinner reservations at both Nove Italiano and Simon prior to the concert. I need to cancel one.
Suggestions? Any recent experience with either of these restaurants? Is it reasonable to expect to be in and out in less than 2 hours?

I'd pick Nove, no contest. You can find details here from our recent meal at Nove.

Simon is far more casual. It's been a few years since I had lunch there, but service was so bad I'd never return. Those details are here.

One of my favorite places in all Vegas is Nove. Use the Palms LVA $50 coupon there and it's a bargin!
