Not Rolling smoke but the smoke was rolling

    Last trip we didn't make it to rolling smoke or Ellis island. Then after reading the rib post it was time to fire up the grill. Charcoal and apple wood smoked ribs and burgers and dogs for the grand kids.

    Smoked this pork loin yesterday over apple chips and served with roasted apples. Put the super smoky bacon wrap in the spinach salad. Yum.

    That looks healthier than the fresh cut French fries we had, but I only get them when the grand kids are over. My wife seems to think there bad for me.

    Nothing like fresh cut french fries.

    Pro Tip: Just make whatever you want, and learn to like spinach salads. If you start with a spinach salad you can argue than anything seems healther!
