For many months now I have not been receiving any emails from any property in the MGM family. I have checked my spam folder, reentered my email several times on mlife.com as well as my preferences account through new york new york's website and still nothing. It is almost like I have been placed on a unsubscribe/do not contact list. This isn't just personalized emails I'm missing but the promotional "send to everyone in our system and hope someone comes" type emails.

I emailed mfile and haven't had a response. This weekend emailed member services and was promptly replied but ultimately they said my account looks good to them and to check my promotions folder in gmail :(

Does this makes sense to anyone?

Try logging into mlife's website to see what offers you have.

I haven't received much from MLife by mail or email anymore as well, with exception my home property. What I do is check my MLife account occasionally, but even then, aside of the corporate offer there isn't much there besides discounted rooms. What you can do to find out if you do have offers as Sindustry mentioned is check the website or call the property you are interested in staying at (you will need your MLife card number handy they will ask for it) and they can look up to see if you have any offers.

Thanks, My MLife account is nothing but Tier discounts. I did call NYNY and what was offered was better than anything else I could I find.

I just find it strange I am a multiple visitor to Vegas and compared to my brother who has been once is 5 years and gambles probably 5 times less than what I do. He forwarded me the slot tourney email he received on the 11th and a two night comp room with $30 free play offer he received on the first. Now if I could use the offer code he got I might not be so frustrated but I assume it is tied to his account.

Who is your email hosted by?

The reason I ask, is that some company filters will block certain emails from even hitting their system. It might send a bounce back to the sender (MGM), but nothing to you. This happened a few times with my brother and I learned to keep words like casino out of the subject line in that case.

    Let us know.

Assuming that is a personal and not a "quasi-corparate" email, my theory just died.

Every once if a while somebody comes here and nobody can figure out why they are not getting emails. Somewhere, deep in the bowels of Mlife, somebody can see the email list and could answer the question.

Only other thing, I assume you have some offers, but just not getting emails or snail mail?

I thinking along the same lines. I have to have some offers, even generic ones but they are not getting to me. I'm sure there is an email tech that could figure it out but not likely to get a hold of them. Only thing left I can think of is to change email address to an old one and see what happens.
