For many months now I have not been receiving any emails from any property in the MGM family. I have checked my spam folder, reentered my email several times on mlife.com as well as my preferences account through new york new york's website and still nothing. It is almost like I have been placed on a unsubscribe/do not contact list. This isn't just personalized emails I'm missing but the promotional "send to everyone in our system and hope someone comes" type emails. I emailed mfile and haven't had a response. This weekend emailed member services and was promptly replied but ultimately they said my account looks good to them and to check my promotions folder in gmail Does this makes sense to anyone?
