    My Trip Report

What a great start! Got in early, and amazingly there was no line at Payless car rental. So I got to Orleans in plenty of time.

Swiped & got 5X points, played $100 through DBDW for a few add'l drawing tickets & a free dinner buffet.

Hit 5 of a kind, got 4 aces 3 times & walked away $40 ahead.

Got $10 freeplay which turned into $22, & won $50 on BJ despite losing a $10 matchplay. No love on the drawing either.

The buffet was fine, nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either. I don't usually do food porn but this dessert caught my eye. Again, it wasn't really good, but it was ok.

The freeplay promo at Tuscany was only for locals, so I headed over to Palace Station.

Did lousy in the free slot tourney, lost a few bucks playing BJ, then headed to check in at the D.

Stopped in the Grand for the daily slot tournament, but we couldn't get it to work. I'll try another day.

Hit the El Co & had a good BJ session. Thursday is 2X points for everyone so I will wait to use my freeplay.

Stopped at Banger Brewing, spoke with the bouncer who convinced me to partake in the $6 flight special. Chris the bartender was friendly & helpful. If you like the MSS pale ale I recommend the off-the-menu Hops Anonymous.

It was pretty quiet until this group came in, so I made an executive decision to order a pint of the HA. I don't usually pay for beer in Vegas, but what the hell.

Played some SD &DD at 4Q & DD at Fremont before heading to bed. Up a couple hundy on the 1st day, not bad.

They're working now. It was a problem with flickr; I was getting the bad panda message...

Can't blame you for buying a beer at that point.

Porn stars in any other brewery would be a crime!

Banger should sign them up for an endorsement deal.

Doing the Slotplay Coupons promo at Palms, found 10/6 DDB (.25 & .50) & hit the deuces + kicker. Cost me $25 for $40 slot play, almost hit the Royal as well.

Hung over big time today. Basically broke even at Ellis Island, but got the 2-4-1 pizza slices.

Back downtown for the night, moving to the Circus for 2 nights tomorrow.

Low roller kickin ass & only in town for 26 hours!

Hey Jason ... Great start to what looks like a fun trip.
26 hours, and you've been very busy, hitting an assortment of properties & activities, and nailing some very nice VP hands.

    Keep it going ....

Spent a couple hours at the Boar, lost $30 but had 5 pale ales. I told Chris I shouldn't even be there as the nickel prog royal at the top of the Cal escalators was over $600.

I took my last beer to go, & decided to sit at the prog machines as it was still big. 5 minutes later I freak as I hit the sucker!

Up $1k 40 hours into the trip!

Got $10,000 freeplay which turned into $22,000 & won $50,000 on BJ despite losing a $10,000 matchplay - there, I fixed it for you, Not Nate! It's all about the zeros, dude. ;)
