The previous 3 years, I always received a pretty decent CET mailer for the months of September and October. It offered free play between $300 - $450. I booked my September trip probably 6 moths ago thru my host because we wanted to see Lionel Richie and Celine. I figured giving him that much notice, he'd be able to get us the best possible seats. Now I'm thinking because CET knew we were all ready scheduled to come out they had no reason to send me out the usual free play offer. Has anyone else experienced this by booking way ahead?

I booked a trip in late July for early October and I have September offers. My offer level is at or slightly below yours. Have you given them any play in the six months since?

Yes I've given them play and it's always consistent. We hit Vegas 3 times per year. I have offers just not the usual September & October offers that I always receive.

OK, I can't give you much more help besides stating that it appears that theo is being calculated differently in Las Vegas CET casinos.

I am a slot player and theo used to be calculated at TC(Tier Credits)/2. In June it was calculated as TC/2 on my last trip (August 3), it appeared to be calculated at TC/3.

I have been told by my host that I can book only on one offer. If I book under an offer to see Celine - I cannot get the offer for freeplay/resort credit.

Even on this 7 star event coming up in a couple of weeks - since the trip is booked under that event - I can't get the freeplay.

That's pretty much always been true. I'm going down for the final GGWU event and had to "buy" Celine tickets.

In fact many of the Diamond/7* members book earlier/later trips during the GGWU ballroom events in November and December because CET doesn't allow people to book FP events during the ballroom events.

I always try to hold out on booking my trip - you booked yours 6 months ago. If I book prior to the normal time frame that offers 'appear', they will not display at all. I do not see them. I had a host confirm at one time that basically if they know you are coming without 'asking for anything', you won't receive any 'offer' during that time. I used to get a bit paranoid that I might have to 'pay' for a room so I would book as soon as I knew what date I wanted. Now I try to hold off until after my offers start to 'pop', even if I have airfare booked - just to see if there is anything I can add-on.

I recently signed up with CET 6 months ago and have been getting email offers consistently on the 15th of every month for my local San Diego Harrah's. However today is the 16th and haven't gotten anything for September. I'm not having the same issue as the OP but thought this thread might be somewhat related.
