Plan on watching the game on Thurdays and choosing either Gustav's or Book and Stage at Cosmo, Never have been in LV for opening night so wondering if I need to be there real early or is 1/2 hour before game time good. Unless there is a better place to watch the game and do some Royal Flush Fishing

Book and Stage will be packed. I doubt even a 1/2 hour before the game will get you a seat unless you get lucky.

I don't recall Gustav's having nice TVs. I'd head over to O'Shea's or Cromwell. They have nice, new TVs and excellent bartenders.

Gustav's didn't have nice tv's the last time I was there, I would skip it for Stage and I have never even been there.

Concur with Gustav's not having great tv's. I like the quality of TVs at the the Venetian Sportsbook, but I've never tried the place during an NFL game. Would have no idea how early you would need to get a seat there, especially since not every bartop has single line quarters.

What are some good places to watch that are in the area of the Flamingo? We plan on watching the Vikings vs. Packers on October 2nd.
