Does anyone know if the books are busy on the first? I want a seat, two of us, to watch the games. If so what places can I reserve, for betting and drinking? thanks

I was in Vegas welcoming 2011 in and I don't remember the books being too crazy. I stayed at NYNY and made my bets there roughly at 8:00 am. If memory recalls (I was working on about 2 hours sleep from NYE activities) things weren't too crazy. Did some casino hopping that day and was at NYNY, Aria, Caesars, Mirage and although many people in the books, I don't remember standing room only. Again, it wasn't my focus for the day, so I could be remembering incorrectly. Good luck!

Went last year and again this year. I don't remember it being crazy busy. We got there 20-30 mins before to put bets in and never had a problem with seats all day. This was at Monte Carlo.
