So my last trip was in August, but as Gaggles has informed me there is some new VP bars that need to be seen. So far I have been told there is new bar at Caesars Sports Book and the Linq has some cool new ones as well. I also saw a video of one the bars at SLS and not sure if it's even worth going down there to see. Any thoughts or suggestions for some new VP bars that have opened lately?

Harrahs replaced the bar that was by the blackjack tables in the middle pit with a new wrap around bar across the way a bit by the Craps tables.
Ed is the main bartender there... good guy as is TJ

If you like craft beer, you gotta go to TAG lounge at Linq, ~200 different beers that are compable. Whiskey Down at MGM has 9/5 DDB for quarters and I liked the place...not sure on the comped whiskey rules though.

Whiskey Down will comp Woodfood at the $1 level, but not their specialltiy drinks on the menu. Will comp double barrel Woodford when playing backjack at 50 a hand. Didn't ask for the double barrel at the bar because they where making a excelent old fashioned with the regular woodford!

Not a huge whiskey guy but like the idea of 9/5 DDB at the bar

Keep the recommendations coming. 3 of us are planning an all night VP pub crawl for the 28th. Free drinks and at least a $20 at each bar.

I got a Guinness gratis there before seeing "Ka". Other standard macro brews available of course.

Going back already? Very jealous.

The Catalyst bar at the Quad has some excellent beers on tap including Dogfish 90 minute IPA.

Not brand new - but Bond @ Cosmo. Great drinks and plenty to keep your eyes busy!
