Well what can I say, what a fecking disaster
If they hope to sell this format all over the world I think they are in for a big shock :rolleyes2:
Chris Evans was hopeless, speak up man we cant hear you :bang: Mat Le Blank was ok but the tweets say it all #TopGear RIP
Bet Clarkson was laughing his ass off :woot:

IMO, the American format is awful. I caught a few episodes of the Korean format and was not sure how to interpret that one.

I hated the American version - watched maybe 2 episodes? Set the dvr to record the new British version - haven't watched yet. Ah well.....All good things must come to an end.....

(I'm still hung up on the loss of Scrapheap Challenge )

That's too bad.........I was afraid of that.

Trying to duplicate the energy and wit the original three had was going to be darn near impossible.

I wonder if the budget stayed the same ? Some of those trips those guys did, Patagonia, Myanmar, must have cost hundreds of thousands of pounds. The traveling crew was pretty substantial.

Wasn't there some talk of a German Broadcaster hiring on the original three to carry on ?

Oh well........thankfully the old ones are on Netflix.

They've been showing the old ones on BBCAmerica for ages as well. Not sure if they still will with the new one airing or not....

That's right, and I think the BBC ones are most of the series, where Netflix has limited seasons available.

Interesting thought about BBC pulling the old ones.
