I tried the WMS slotfinder but I know it doesn't have everything.

Bellagio also has a slot finder: http://www.bellagio.com/casino/game-finder.aspx

But to expand on what Smo said: between all the slot manufacturers there are dozens of new slots coming out every month, in some of the busier months this can get up in to the hundreds of new games each month.

Of course not all of these machines are "the next big one" and many may come and go and you might not even notice them.

When it comes to "the next big one" for slots almost all the major casinos will have them. Sometimes there will be an exclusivity deal where only a certain chain of hotels will have a particular hot new machine, but that usually lasts about 6 months and then when thats up the game will be everywhere.

The casinos do specialize, so if there is a particular brand of machine that you like and you want to see whats new you should go to a casino where they have lots of those particular machines, some examples would be:

WMS: Most CET casinos (except Caesars), Bellagio
    Atronic: NYNY, Bellagio
    High5: Monte Carlo, Aria
    Konami: Venetian
    Aristocrat: Excailbur, MGM Grand, Aria
