Isn't this going to be across the street from the new 22,000 seat arena that SLS is suppose to build?

The one near SLS thing is a pipe dream. I didn't get the impression they were even directly involved. But yeah, it will be across for SLS. I'm open to any idea to fill in the concrete pits with stuff that isn't casino/hotels or retail.

Ehh that fact that it will be a permanent structure sounds cool, but the music doesn't match my tastes so I'll probably never go. Still cool though!

the arena by sls wont happen as aeg teamed up with mgm to biuld behind Monte Carlo, and unlv is building a multi purpose staduduim to hold 60,000 on there campus

rock in rio wich this is taken from draws 250,000 people , totaly opposite demos from edc , i think its great for vegas , it will have world wide appeal and target a widder age appeal 21 to 60 year olds.

plus the can have circus , and stuff for kids when not in use , its a great way to use the land on a down side i would hate to live in the sky condo's the noise will sux.

to steal a line we built this city on rock and roll
