We are upgrading. If we go with iphone 6 lets say from iphone 4s (it is true; they exist) is there a cord for purchase which allows transference of photos / contacts etc as opposed to turning it over the counter for "them" to do it for you? Obviously we need assistance as we r talking 4s here.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Bubbakitty!

Yes! It does exist, but if you have a computer at home, I recommend backing everything up into iTunes. Because once you do that, you can hook up your new phone, and upload your backup file into the new device. It'll feel like you're still using your old phone, but in a new device (iphone6)

Or you can back it up to the cloud that is the easiest. If you could wait I bet the iPhone 7 will be out in September

Do you need / want the bigger screen of the 6? If you like the form factor of the 4s, you could like at the new SE that was announced yesterday. It's a 4 inch screen, so it's the same size as a 5s but it's powered by the same compents of the 6s. Only difference being the screen size and lack of ForceTouch.

Yes, you can very easily transfer over everything to the new phone. First, backup your 4s to iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed first), and then connect your new phone and set up it in iTunes using the backup you created from your 4s. Very easy to do.
