Station casinos treat out-of-town gamblers the same way as locals, in terms of "6-month revamp" of player's card status (red, gold, platinum, etc). Here are my questions and need help from non-local experts of MVB.
    • Do you spend time from your trip to play at Station for earning points and maintaining status every 6 months?
    • Is it worth keeping the Gold status (requiring at least 1,000 points every 6 months; before the end of June and December)?
    • Am I correct that the only benefit of maintaining Gold is ---> cash out and turn your points into cash?
    • Any other benefits from Station? I rarely receive offers from GVR or Red Rock, even though I played at these 2 casinos heavily in the past.
Please share your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you very much.

We played at Stations our first few trips but gave them up altogether in favor of Boyd properties. Seeing as we only visit once a year it just didn't make any sense to give them any play. We stay all over (Sam's Town, Orleans, downtown) and although we've never stayed at Suncoast I wouldn't mind giving them a try too. The only place I'm not a fan of is Gold Coast.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I completely agree with you. Although I go to Vegas several times per year, I really don't see any incentives to play at Stations. For my upcoming trip, I will make one stop at GVR and cash out points from my account, while I am still having the Gold status.

I played at a Stations casino (GVR) for the first time, at the end of March. I went from zero points to 390,000 points by the 4th night of play, earning Chairman status by the 4th night. I have gotten offers for various events, but nothing special. My offers from CET and MLIFE are still much better than what I have received from Stations. My family enjoyed the property, but I doubt I will go out of my way to try to maintain my card level.

I once reached the 2nd highest tier.
Didn't see any benefit or value.
