I'm going to L.V. to celebrate my 40th and also my wedding anniversary in August. I have been to L.V. plenty of times during the summer and enjoy hanging out by the pool. To put in perspective, I enjoy the Bellagio pool and Caesars pool, but Mandalay and MGM were a bit too busy for me.

Here is the dilemma, I really want to stay at Cosmo for the balcony and fountain views etc. (which my wife would love) but I get the impression that especially on the weekend (we arrive Sat pm)that the Cosmo pool will be crowded, small, loud and a little bit pretentious, and that could be a deal breaker for me.

Can someone give me some more insight? Also would you expect the Cosmo pool scene to be different on a Sunday than it would on Monday & Tuesday?

    Thanks

Cosmo has 3 different pool areas.
    1. Is the Marquee dayclub
    2. Blvd Pool is the main pool area with great views overlooking the strip but yeah, it will be very busy on weekends but a lot more chill during the weekdays
    3. Is the Bamboo pool area and its a very chill and is for people looking for a more relaxing atmosphere and its always been very quiet when i been there.

My favourite is the blvd pool but it can be a little busy and crowded especially on weekends. I would try the Bamboo pool if i were you and the give blvd pool area a try on weekdays.

Agree 100% with the above. I have stayed there 3 times and this is solid advice.
