New to this whole tablet thing. I know right now it is not on the play store.

However, even when it is, I don't want the app like is downloaded to my phone. The whole "strip" is different and I can't build hotels. I like the laptop version.

Anyway I can get that same laptop version on my tablet?

I think you can! I asked the same question here about my iPad and was told that it won't support the Facebook game but it's not true. I downloaded the photon app and was able to play the actual Facebook app game because photon enables the flash player. I can play the Vegas slots game and get to mystrip although the strip is easier to navigate on a regular PC. I can switch back and forth on Facebook so I can collect the red chips from my Facebook feed. It's so much better than the mobile app. People may tell you that you can't do it but it worked for me!

The Photon App doesn't work as well with Android phones or tablets and Facebook games as it does with Apple products.
