    Dear Foxwoods,

So, in my email today I get a note that there are June offers. I call and I have two free nights at the Two Trees Inn, but actually I don't. The fellow at the desk can only find one night in the entire month of June that I might have for free.
So, why send me the offer and waste my time trying to book it? And I don't believe for a moment that the Two Trees is sold out for the entire month of June.

I'm annoyed and it seems logical to me to be annoyed. Marketing needs to talk to promotions. Don't make an offer you can't deliver. It does not help build casino loyalty.

Log in online. I've been told the same thing over the phone and when I went into my acct I was able to book the room I wanted. Good luck.

Really good advice. I wish I could follow it. Somehow my log in information did not work. And that is why I called.
I'll try a call again tomorrow. Perhaps it was just a brain dead clerk.
However, I thought the email might generate some interest somewhere. I did forget to mention to them that I posted it on three discussion boards.
Or I'll just head down to Mohegan Sun and pay for a couple nights when I want to go at the last minute.
I'm getting really annoyed with Foxwoods. But then I'm not much of a roller, just a poker player so why are they giving me even fictitious free nights?

    Thanks for the post.

Oh, when you put in your card number do you include the M in front of the number or not?
