Well, it doesn't have to be a limo. It's four guys, each with a checked bag, and 2 or 3 also with their golf clubs. Seems like an Escalade would be more fitting.

We don't want to rent a car, as no one in the group wants the responsibility of driving. We were thinking that an Escalade or limo wouldn't be too much more per guy than taxis.

The trip includes (4 Guys, 4 Bags, 2-3 set of Golf Clubs):

-From the airport to two different but adjacent strip hotels (Caesars/Mirage) on a Monday. A "supplies" stop en route would be nice.

-On Wednesday the group of 4 needs a ride out to Red Rock for a round of golf at Arroyo, as well as a ride back to the Caesars/Mirage area afterwards.

-Two days later on Friday 3 of them need a ride back to the airport.

-There's also a chance of a second round of golf on Thursday, so rides to and from another course (likely also on the west side) would need to be added that day.

-Rental car is not an option.

So my question for you limo experts out there: Can one book a package deal that includes multiple rides over a few days as described above? Or is it just call 'em as you need 'em?

You could give them a call as you need them, pick up a limo outside the airport/hotel as you need it, or take the limo from the airport and ask the driver for his card. A lot of them will gladly do that to get your repeat business. You may even be able to work a deal with that driver.

A 6 passenger and 8 passenger limo have same luggage space so golf bags and all wouldn't work. A regular escalade could work but one guy up front and 3 in middle seat. Going golfing won't be so bad but to and from airport is your problem. Alot of limo companies are not allowed by insurance to put luggage in passenger compartment.

We ended up booking an Escalade from Presidential for the Airport-Hotel round trip for $122 plus tip. Driver was prompt and friendly. Great experience!

For golf we ended up getting a minivan cab from the Mirage to Arroyo Golf (@ Red Rock). That was about $48 each way (plus tip).
