For those who enjoy some VP porn, behold the following hits this weekend.
Great hits as always Mike. Especially love the STP one....picked up not one, but two quads, plus a kicker on one...and with a 4x to boot! Beautiful!!
What casino was those hits at Mike?
Caesar's, Bally's, Caesar's. All in AC.
BTW, Bally's is the only casino I've found in AC that has double super time pay at 10 play for 50 cents and 5 play at dollars. It's also the only place in AC I've seen with Triple Double Bonus on either super time pay or double super times pay. TDB w/ double super times pay pays 9/5 at dollars and 8/5 at 50 cents or less. Tringlomane, what is the payback percentage for 9/5 TDB w/ double super times pay??
Great hit, we will be in AC this weekend and try to find these. Where are they?
There is a bank of All Star II slant tops in the video poker section near the back of the casino (Boardwalk side), on the right hand side of the casino as you're walking in from the hotel lobby.
I was at Caesars Friday night. I went to the Toga bar and sat at one on the poker machines and couldn't believe they had 9/6 DDB Poker for $1. When you changed it to .50 or .25 I believe it went to 7/5.
Wow great hit! Figures it would be pennies. :-/
9/5 TDB is normally 97.02%, with Double STP it's 97.51%. By comparison 8/5 DDB is normally 96.79%, with Double STP it's 97.28%. But remember that in Double STP this game also has 0.1173% of the return devoted to the "jackpot" hand. A dealt royal with any deal multiplier with automatically awards a 20X Royal (odds are 1 in 9.742 million deals for that). That's a $400k jackpot for 5 play dollars or 10 play 50c. Jesus. One of my locals (Hollywood St. Louis) hit that on 10 play quarters last November for $200k. Of course, it wasn't me.
The best game of the bunch you put up here is the super triple play. Without super triple play, 6/5 Super DDB is 97.69% normally, with Super Triple Play it bumps it up all the way to 98.34%. Part of the big pay jump is that quads are so valuable in 6/5 Super DDB with Super Triple Play that you're supposed to break all full houses and two pairs with face cards unlike most other games since all quads are at least 400 vs. 30 for a full house.
And regular 6/5 Super DDB is one of the best single line quarter options at CET Vegas now in terms of return. Ugh.
Thanks for that, I knew you would know! Funny, I have started keeping just the face card pair when dealt two pairs, and I thought that might be the wrong play, but I was right!
