When I go to LV, I generally spend about $200-300 on drinks per day and another $100-200 for food per day (we don't eat much). This is for myself. What do most people spend on F&B per day.

Good lord! I probably spend less than $20 on beverages per day, which are CW tips while playing. And since I go to play, I can usually snag the buffet or better, so food costs are nearly zero. They have to love you!

I usually drink soda or water so my tips to the waitress is usually it on drinks, not more than 20. Food depends but never more than 30/40 and that is if I'm doing an upper end (to me) buffet

Wow, that is an average of 400 dollars for F&B per day. That is probably the amount the average player gambles per day. Most of the time, we are only tipping for food and beverage.

I very rarely drink outside of meals so maybe 2$ for a bottle of water and can of soda at ABC store, for meals around 40$ is enough might be more when i use buffet of buffet pass but thats good for 4 meals

$1/drink. I can count the number of drinks I've bought outright in Vegas on one hand, and I've been going there 20 years. And those were giant frozen party drinks back in my youth. This doesn't count wine with dinner or afters, mind you.

Food is a different story. We usually budget $100/day or so for food if we aren't riding the RFB train. Unless it's our anniversary...then all bets are off.

Approx $150 for drinks and $50 for food each day.

Drinks are on the high end because I tip $10 per drink.

On average about $5/day for water.
When we stayed at NYNY all drinks and food were charged to the room and usually comped at the end of the trip.

Drinks $30/day. I tip roughly $2-$5 per drink depending on service.

    Food $50/day for myself.

Wow! Just curious, how much are you drinking? Even assuming you are paying full freight on some pricey mixed drinks, these numbers make me think you are downing about a drink an hour. And if they are cheaper drinks (e.g., domestic beer), I would think you are downing two an hour, every hour. That is a lot!

I would think if you're just talking about yourself...if you ate breakfast and dinner, that's $75 per meal..that's HUGE! (unless you're eating room service, lol)

Well under $50 for two of us. And we eat at least two meals, and drink WAY TO MUCH. At least one meal is in over $100, but is all comped. Add a bottle of wine or two...

We pretty much charge everything to hotel room, and spend well under $100 total for most 4-5 day trips.

So, what is the real question here?

If you are asking what non-comp people spend, you will find some under $50 a day and some over $1000 a day. And this means??

Sports book that does not require drink ticket???

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Are there any casinos that don't require a drink ticket to receive comped drinks? I know Bellagio use to not require drink tickets in the past. However, that has changed.

I probably only spend $30-50 in drinks (including tips to CWs) and ~$100-150 per day on food. It really depends on who I'm with and if it's a special trip. If I'm celebrating something then of course my food bill will be much higher (~$250-400)

All my stuff is comped, so I don't know for certain. And, it varies. I usually don't drink much. On a heavy drinking day, I might have five or six mixed drinks over the course of the entire day. Other days, I don't drink at all.

As for food, I have days where I will comp as little as $30 in total food expenses. And then there are trips like my one earlier this month where every dinner was over $100. For an average, I would say $130 a day for food

My numbers are bit skewed, since it covers two people, but we generally "pay" for drinks (tipping the CW) to the tune of $50-100, we don't eat breakfast, but lunch goes for around $50-100, and dinner ranges wildly depending on where we eat from $50-500. Dinner can include 4-6 cocktails, which inflates the bill by about $100, though.

Maybe $20 a day in tips for water and soda and around $80 or so for food. I try to have one nice meal a day and eat on the run for the rest.:peace::beer:

Don't really drink, maybe a few drinks from the CW, but I plan to spend on 2 fine dining meals during a 4 day stay, and the rest will be either buffet or something cheap :)

I'd guess I probably tip the CWs about $100/day and maybe buy two or three drinks (usually somewhat pricey cocktails). So, I'm probably in the $150 neighborhood for drinks.

Food $ varies quite a bit for me. Some days I barely eat. Some days I'll spend a small fortune. I'd guess the average is somewhere in the $150-200 area.

Food is almost always under $25/day. Usually grab a quick bite in the morning, eat a main meal during a late afternoon happy hour, then something small before bed.

Drinks are a whole different animal. We'll typically run up about $100/person tab at the pool each day, but we're usually out there for 6+ hours. Then find a pub and do the same each evening. I shudder to think about what the costs would be if we were into the day club or nightclub scene and paid those kind of prices to achieve the same level of piss-assed drunkenness.
