Can someone give me some help in making the Mlife website work? I know there have been others who have complained about it so I don't expect it to be a breeze - but I don't think it is working for me at all.

I used to get good offers from MGM but have only been back to Vegas once since the switch to Mlife and that was to a CET casino. I switched my card and played a little at MGM that trip so I can log in to the mlife website and get to my account. There is not much there but I do have a couple offers listed - including one that is supposed to give me comp rooms for 2 nights at MGM. I got the same thing in an email.

I want to see if I can use that for an upcoming trip but am not having any luck. I click on the offer and it comes up with a gold bar on the top with drop down boxes for dates and the # of nights. To the right of those is a block with the word "search". I put in my arrival date and # of nights and then hit search and all it does is take me back to the same screen. Same thing happens whether I do it by loging in and going to my offers - or linking to the sight off the email.

I realize there is a "book a room" function on the right side of the page with drop-down date boxes and a "go" button. If I use that it gives me room rates - but I don't think those take into account my offer or promo code.

    What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I realize I could just call but for future reference I would like to know if there is a way to make the website work to actually book a room under an offer. Anyone know how to do that?

Good luck with that. MGM could save lots of money by making it work. Instead, you will be forced to call in and talk with somebody to do it.

I have problems with the site too... It does not show my tier level correctly so I don't even see the offers I receive in the mail or by calling marketing directly. I have decided to just stop using it and call when I am booking rooms.

That website is worth about 10 shares of Enron. It's not even worth making an attempt to use it until MGM decides to fix it up.

My Bellagio offers that are posted don't have an online booking option, must call VIP. My Aria offers offered the online booking option, but when I tried to book one online it failed at the end of the process and I had to call VIP at Aria anyway. VIP actually hooked me up with an even better offer than what the site was showing.

I have received more offers through email and none of them show on the website. Could be due to the fact I have a trip booked under an offer but that trip also does not show up on the website.

So, long story short - pretend Mlife does not have a website and just call them to book.

Even if I have a good offer on their website I still would just phone them to book.

Thanks for the comments. It boggles my mind that a company of that size does not have a functional website. I wonder how much business they lose that way.

I prefer the MGM hotels in Vegas but it sure is a lot easier to see what kinds of deals are available to me for the CET properties. I can see that for all of their hotels on their website in about 5 minutes and book it online if I see one I like. Much more convenient than calling each MGM property directly.

It is not like the MGM properties don't have on-line booking. You can do that with direct links for any of the public discount promo codes from smartervegas or this site. I simply cannot understand why they would not have similar links on their own Mlife website. Horrible corporate management and marketing.
