    Hello agian everyone.
Ill just give a little background first. I have been to vegas many times before but never really used my Mlife card. I would always leave it in machines or forget i even had one until i was all threw playing. Anyways I was a bad at using my card. I ended up going to vegas over the superbowl in feb. and decided after reading all your great post that I was going to use my card whenever I played. I ended up with 41693 tier credits and $98.01 in exress comps. So i guess now Im pearl. Not sure if thats good for one trip or not but it sure felt like a gambled alot in 3 days. I have been recieving email offers from mlife properties for a while but until recent nothing to great. i got one the other day for Monte Carlo for 5 comped nights, $100 in free play and 2 for one show tickets. My wife and I wanted to go to Jimmy Buffett in Oct. so i called in and booked a comped room over the phone threw Mlife. I dont go on the Mlife website much but ventured on tonight to peek around. I noticed that I could not find the Monte Carlo offer at all. I did find some for Aria for 2 comped nights and some for discounted rates but the one I used isnt there. now i have an email confirmation and I have called more than once to ask other questions and everything seemed fine with the reservation. Have any of you had the same thing were you cant see offers you have on the website? Also my freeplay amount on the website shows $0. But my offer shows $100 in freeplay along with the $98 in express comps. Im not sure if I should be worried about any of this at all or just maybe a litte confused.

Boy that turned out longer than I expected!

I know that an my freeplay offers I have to go to the Mlife desk to recieve the freeplay. This would explain why it isn't visible on your account yet.

Your offer may have since expired. That's not to say your reservation doesn't exist. If you have the confirmation you will be fine, but if it's expired it will not appear in your account. Also, a lot of times once you book the offer, it disappears from your account. Nothing to worry about as long as you have your confirmation. The freeplay will not show in your account until you check in and visit the M Life desk.

If you reserved the offer already then you are fine.

Some of the offers can only be used once per quarter so if thats the offer you booked then they would have taken it down so you can't book it again.

The freeplay you have doesn't show up on the website under "freplay" because right now its part of your offer/discount and won't be active until you actually arrive and then go to the MLife booth and have it activated. Otherwise consider the easy abuse of something like that: you book an offer, free play immediately appears on your account, you go to a local MGM casino and use the free play, go home and cancel the offer... a few days later you rebook another offer with free play, go to your local casino and use it up, then go back home and cancel the reservation... etc

Many of the available offers do not show on the website. If you scroll though the postings here about Mlife, that is a common complaint.

Many have learned that if they do not like the offers posted, call in. Some of us get better offers via email that never show on the website.
