So I have to take back the meanie things I've said about MLife. I already had 2 nights booked at the Aria for $99 per night, which was my ONLY offer for the fall...but then I checked my husband's account since he was there a few weeks ago and I saw that he had an offer for 1 comped night, 2 for 1 show tickets and $85 in free play. I called and had them switch the offer for mine. They said since we are a linked account it is no problem to book it under me even if he's not traveling. I'm more excited about the free play and the show tickets than the free night but I couldn't be happier! Guess I'll stick with MLife a little while longer...even if my points are about to disappear on Monday!

Maybe I should ask -- since it was an offer under my husband's number -- will I be able to play his freeplay or should I bring his card in case? I think they just load it under the person with the offer right They put me on as a "share" for the room so I can check in without him.

We too have linked accounts and my wife gets the offers I get ZIP. Re Freeplay - I believe this is specific to the specific player and you have to get freeplay put onto your players card at he players club, at which point they need ID. If your husband isnt with you I don't think you will be able to get the freeplay, even if you have his card.

Well boo. The lady who booked the offer for me made it seemed like I would be able to. Do you know if we would be able to get the tickets? I'd probably need to book those in advance over the phone huh?

This is my first post, so go easy on me. I am in a similar position, and I have received conflicting answers from different properties. I play 98% of the combined play of the linked accounts (more on tables, slots, and poker), but my wife receives all of the freeplay offers. She gets RFL and freeplay. On the other hand, I get discounted rooms with nothing else. It could very well be a issue of how they set up the primary account of the linked accounts, but I have not gotten confirmation or denial of this hunch from my host yet.

When I called the casinos to inquire about my ability to use the freeplay from my wife's offer, I received conflicting answers. MGM Grand VIP Services was very clear and consistent that I am unable to use the freeplay from my wife's offer, but I can use all of the other components of the offer. Bellagio VIP Services says that I can have the freeplay loaded onto my card as long as I know my wife's pin. I hope to have this resolved by the time of my next trip later this month, and I will share if I do.
