Hi,I have a couple of nights comps at various MGM properties and some offer additional discounts for extra nights. The additional nights are a lower price than what"s posted on my MLife account so my question is ,are the additional nights discounted considered a comp also? I remembered the clerk at the players card desk saying, its a comp. With thanks VMB members.

Yes. Anything you get discounted or free is considered a "comp".

Is a general discount based on your tier considered a comp? I assumed offers accessed through the site only count.

No, a tier discount is not considered a comp or an offer.

The OP is describing an offer. The non-fully-comped nights in the offer are priced around "casino rate" which is kind of a partial comp.
