    Thanks for reading.
I was a platinum Mlife last year. I did not play much at MGM properties this year so I had little over 100,000 point right before Oct 1 this year.
I figured it will drop to Gold card. I played at Bellagio this year Aug and earned some points.
Today, I checked MLIFE.COM and found out my current point is Zero and current tier level at Pearl.
Is it normal to reset point to Zero although I played this Aug and had over 100,000 points? Please help.

P.S. Sorry, English is not my first language. please bear with my grammar mistake.

Yep, perfectly normal. Everybody's tier points get reset October 1st of every year. You should of droped down to Gold as you stated, don't know why they have you at Pearl.

They reset every year to zero. But, you maintain your player status level for the next year. So, if you were Gold at the end of September, your points reset to zero on October 1 and you remain Gold status.

Basically, you have to earn your player status every year.
