So I was at the Luxor self park. They have these mlife parking spot
Spots are reserved. And they are as close as can be to the front. Almost handi cap close

Anyone seen this at another mlife property? Seems like cars actually had a mlife plaque. Not just a windshield sticker

It's only for Luxor/Excalibur. If you are M life gold or higher, you can go to their VIP lounges and request one.

I parked there once when I was just stopping at Luxor for lunch. Just left my gold card on the dashboard where I parked and it wasn't an issue. of course, its entirely possible nobody ever checked as well

It's possible that they could cite you for not having the permit as the sign says permit required, though I don't know how strictly they enforce it.

I've seen it since July, no idea how long it's been there though. It's convenient for me when I want to gamble at the Bay but want to grab Backstage Deli before I leave. Park at Luxor, walk through Mandalay Bay Place, and come back, grab Backstage Deli, and jump in the car.

I have got the parking pass a couple of times - go to VIP and you get a pass to hang from the rear view lasts for 6 months

Where is the VIP lounge at Excal? The one near the HL slots is the Platinum Lounge...

Great thing to have if you're staying at Luxor/Excalibur. Gets your car out of the sun and as close to the entrance as possible, and avoid valet waits. They'll print one up for you at the downstairs VIP room, as stated elsewhere, but my host said you can leave a Gold+ card on your dash in the interim.

Also, see this post about parking under the porte cochere.

Are these spots near the valet area? OP said they are near the front, and Llew said it keeps the car out of the sun...I can figure out where near the entrance there would be covered parking other than the valet circle...

The Luxor ones are ground level. First row of self park. U still need to take a ramp r stairs yo cross the bridge that takes you into the hotel. U enter by the poker room

Self-park garage in the back (east side). By entrance I meant AN entrance, not the main entrance. Although if the person posting about the porte cochere parking was correct, then you could park by the main entrance as well.

Will ask about a longer pass next time but easy enough to get a new one when the last one expires.
