My last offer from Mlife was titled "This is How we Vegas" and it is good through 4/30.

It is for 3 nights SkySuites plus $300 Resort Credit and two free tickets to Zarkana.

Today I receive a snail mail with a new "This is How we Vegas" offer good through 9/30.
Room rates from $129 and buy one Zarkana ticket get one for $30.

    WTF??

My last trip was NYE and I earned 360000 tier points exclusively from table play.
I'm guessing my theo was somewhere around $7500 maybe a little lower.

Should I take the hint that they want me to go somewhere else?
How do you go from a comped Suite to casino rate room?

It they came from different MLife casinos , it would make perfect sense.

I can have comped room or suite at Bellagio and Aria whenever I want,
but I would have to pay 48$/night for a cheapest room in Excalibur.

Those are Aria offers. It seems impossible, but I think there's a slight chance that the offer was calculated before NYE. Did you play much in the 4th Q 2014 prior to NYE? Still doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why it would go down so much, unless you had some low play trip in 4Q2014.

IMHO, snail mail offers are notoriously inaccurate and late.

If I got an insulting offer my reaction would be:

    1)Don't go there anymore
2)Call my host and see what she could do

Damn man! You earned Platinum+ in one shot, via tables! BALLER!
Probably just takes a little while longer for that play to catch up with your DirectMail offers...

All offers are from Aria and prior to NYE I was at 240000 from my October play.
There are no low play trips in the past two years.I had one low play 2 years ago but got hammered with a 24+ actual loss in 3 days so that did not hurt me.
Shifter is right in that the MLife offers change with the wind but the contrast here is what has me scratching my head.
SkySuites comp to casino rate regular room at casino rate is like giving me a big FU.

The website does not even show this offer yet and has the same one that expires 4/30

I know I am not a high roller but a comped Corner is the deal I got on my first stay at Aria.
I am currently sitting on $1400 express comps that may have to be spent at another property.

Interesting. My mailers from Aria and MGM Grand for general (ie. non-slot tourney) offers always match what's in my MLife account.

Was it one of those fancy brochure-type mailers that come in the cellophane wrapper? One thing about the website is, the date range at the top of the offers page has to be set to some range that the offer covers, or else it won't show up. So if the new offer isn't good for stays before May 1 for example, you'd have to adjust the date range in order to see it.

No good logic for the decrease though.

Yeah, this is just something with wires crossed between marketing areas. It happens with MLife too often. I'd consider the comped suite the "real" offer, and I'd assume your host will work it out. Good luck!
