I had over $250 in Express comps from my last visit in April which I was looking forward to using on my next trip in October. Every time I log into Mlife.com, I would see the $250 balance up until last month. The first few times when I saw $0 in my balance, I just thought that it was another glitch with the fabulous site that it shows $0 but I really do have a balance so I always just brushed it off. I finally call Aria VIP services to confirm my hotel/limo for Oct and finally asked about my express comps. She said her screen showed $0 as well and will look into it. She came back and said that in Aug, corporate did an audit and found out that they did not deduct my Express comps properly in the past on some transactions. I was in disbelief. She then said that she couldn't do anything but when I arrive, I can talk to the mlife desk to see what they could do. Again, I am in disbelief that after many many months, they would just deduct my express comps like that. I always carry a balance and accrue more express comps as I play so I have no idea of when these incorrect charges/transactions happened. I mean am I still in the negative after the audit where when I play in Oct, I won't be earning any express comps? If so, no thanks and I will start playing at CET again. I guess I'll see what the mlife desk has to say when I get there. Thought I would just share and see if anyone else got "audited" as well and lost comp $. I have a Platinum card with over 300k tier credits from past 5 visits.
