I don't know if this is the right area to ask this at but I'm wondering what are the hours of Mlife desks? I'll be arriving late on Sunday and I seem to have lost my Mlife Gold card and am looking to replace it right away. I know CET closes their desks around 10 or 11PM. I kinda want to play the first night and get rated for my play. I'll be at Aria but I'll go to any Mlife casino to get my card if need be
It'll be too late for them to mail me the card since I'm leaving this weekend, I wish I would have discovered it missing sooner so that it would have been mailed to me
ahhh yea, your probably right. Even if the desk is closed you might be able to get someone to help you. Aria is one of the nicer resorts so I would expect the service to be great (I have never stayed there so I dont know). I stayed at Bellagio once for my then GFs 21st and right at midnight she wanted to get her MLife card and gamble, but the desk was closer. There was a security guard standing there and he asked if he could help with anything, she explain the situation and he got someone to come over and fire up the computers and get her her card... So if the desk is closed, you might ask someone
As others have said, desks are usually open until midnight on weekdays, but if you arrive after closing, casino personnel can still get you a reprint. It's the easiest thing the casino does. They probably do it hundreds of times a day.
I once went by the Aria mlife desk at 4am and it was open. That was a couple years ago, however. I also recall being able to just give me ID to a pit boss wherever I was playing and they could have a new mlife card made for me. Maybe try that
Just a guess, but the cage might be able to make you a card. I've never done it that way at any MGM property, but I set up a line at Cosmo (haven't been in there yet), and the credit manager told me the cage would make me a card when I signed to activate my credit line. If you have your account number and ID, the box probably can rate you at a table, I don't think they swipe the cards at tables, but I could be wrong about that.
I stayed at Aria last April after a December 2012 trip. I had reached Gold when I departed in December. When I checked in the following April I used the VIP check in desk. They printed my new Gold card on the spot and handed to me with my keys.
Last month I went down to the casino about 4:30 am and realized I forgot my card. I mentioned it to the slot host and in about 2 minutes she printed one up for me.
I had a similar experience at the Mirage. I headed for the bar to get my early morning coffee probably at about 4:00 a.m., and realized I must have lost my card. The bartender called someone over, and within minutes I had a new card.
Even at Aliante I was able to get a card when the slot club booth was closed...a roving person asked me if I needed help and she was able to run me off a new card at 5AM....
