anybody got mlife corporate email or phone #?

been trying to find this out and nobody know the answer

linked accounts, and BOTH players earned (gambled and not from shopping) platinum (200k+ tier each, combine 400k+ tier) does both players get a free cruise or only one player get a free cruise? (as in if both players get the free cruise that mean 4 people can go, player + guest x2)

I suggest you take Josie's other suggestion which was your best bet is to call them and see if both names are on the list. You want the RC department that you would actually booked the cruise from. We were NOIR level previously and I had no trouble booking a free 7 day cruise this past May on the Allure of the Seas once they located my information on the list Josie mentions.

You can call and talk to various people at MGM and get various answers - some of which will conflict.

Just go for the booking I guess. Sad that MGM is such a multi billion dollar company, but nobody has a clue.

Heck, look at that picture of the VIP Lounge at Crystals and nobody there seems to know anything about it.
