Does anyone else feel like the Mirage slot selection is fairly small and doesn't change very much over the years? I've been 3 times and they all seem to stay pretty much the same..

It kind of makes me want to play at other larger locations that have more variety.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

It is small, but their casino floor is also fairly small. I do play slots as much as tables, but I think Mirage's HL slot room is pretty good. They also have a good bank of Blazing 7's machines, outside of HL.

If you want to stay within the MGM family, then yes, some of the other properties will have a greater variety of slots, eapecially penny slots. I believe Aria has a good variety at all denominations.

Whenever I go to Cravings buffet I usually play a little bit at the Mirage. I like their silver strike slot machines. Last time I was there I put in a $20 and got 3 $10 coins. Not bad.

Interesting observation of Mirage slot floor because during our last trip someone in our group stated the same thing that it seems to never change and their machine selection has many older video and reel slots. During our last 4 or 5 trips we rarely spent any money in Mirage and many others and have spent a great deal in Cosmo, Bellagio, Aria, Wynn and Paris, off strip Orleans for sure.
