Can anyone tell me what you get exactly with this room category at Mirage - Penthouse Suite and also if this is a better choice than a Wrap Around Premium View at Cosmo (Pros & Cons for each hotels). Any input would be greatly appreciated as I need to decide between these 2 properties for Jan 28th Trip (5 Days)

I could make an argument for either one. Questions or information that would sway my decision would include

    rate?
    comp?
    Where you will be playing
    Where you will be eating
    Events or shows, where
    Other plans for trip

    so for Cosmo 5 nights = $3100
    Mirage is $2200

Blackjack is my game - not hardcore but will play

Eat where ever - I like fine dining

Its a work conference so no plans to leave anywhere except meetings

    Thanks

Mirage has very good rules for blackjack.

Where are conference meetings? That would have a MASSIVE impact on my decision.

"better" is going to be relative to your aesthetic taste and entertainment needs. the Cosmo itself is newer and skews younger, of course. but all the various amenities you would expect in any Vegas Strip penthouse are available in the Mirage suite (jetted tub in a fancy bathroom, wet bar, plenty of space, comfy beds, etc.).

if an outdoor balcony with a fabulous view in the middle of the Strip is a big deal to you, then the Cosmo suite is your only choice. but, personally, I prefer everything else about the Mirage -- gambling options, dining variety, location, decor, customer service -- over Cosmo, so that's why I will be staying in a Mirage Penthouse this weekend.
