We have a 3 night trip booked for June, and have an offer from Mirage for 2 free nights in a regular room, $75 free play plus I booked one night through MyVegas. Now TI email offer is for 2 nights in a suite plus $100 free play. We also have $50 free play and buffets through MyVegas at the Mirage. It's always tempting when the offer is a suite, and I guess we could stay 2 nights at TI and I night @ Mirage, but then we couldn't use the free play at Mirage which requires a 2 or 3 night stay (can't remember exactly). Moving hotels is not ideal when we are only staying 3 nights.
Need some input on this situation please.

I would just stick with the Mirage since you have the added day, buffet and freeplay already set up through MyVegas! What many on the board do is double book offers to maximize freeplay, f&b offers. If a $100.00 fp is worth it enough for you, that is also an option. Enjoy your trip!

Treasure Island is not part of MGM so you could easily book both.

As someone who has stayed at both properties--I would strongly recommend using the Mirage offer. Additionally, I would strongly recommend against switching properties in the middle of a 3 day vacation. It would not be worth the hassle to me, especially if you are left without a room for a few hours during the transition.

If you are interested in pool, I would recommend mirage over T.I.

Keep in mind that the suites at TI have two full bathrooms.

Yeah, why not book both? Seems like two perfectly close properties with the tram. Stay at the beautiful suite, enjoy the pool at Mirage, play all freeplays, enjoy all free buffets.
